Orders

Q: Can I track my order?

A:  We provide updates at every stage of your order. If you do not receive email updates, it may be because you mispelled your email. You can use the following link:  Track Your Order

Q: When will my order ship?

A:  Typical handling time for orders is 1-3 business days. Please note that shipments do not go out on Saturdays & Sundays.

 

Q: How do I cancel my order?

A:  There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via support@mooncarstereo.com, we will be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll dispatch your order and then you can return it to us upon receiving it.

Q: What is the warranty policy?

A:  Your new product is covered by a 30 day limited warranty. Warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, operation of unit outside of listed specifications, or any product that has been modified. Your warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship ONLY and is not an insurance policy. The warranty only covers the original owner of the product.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your product back to us for warranty examination. If your product is covered under warranty, shipping back to you will be at no charge to you.

In the event of shipping damage due to improper packaging on products being returned to Moon Car Stereo, the customer is liable for the cost of all damages, necessary repairs, or replacement. Be sure to properly pack your return!

Q: What countries do you ship to?

A:  Currently, we only ship within the United States (excludes recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin lsland and Guam). 

Q: Do you do expedited shipping?

A:  We do not offer expedited shipping at the moment.

Q: Will my order require a signature?

A:  Signatures are required for orders over $500. They will also be required for apartments and commercial addresses regardless of the dollar value.

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?

A:  You can return your item(s) to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged and in its original packaging. Use the following link:  Start a Return

Q: Where is my refund?

A:  Refunds typically take 3-5 days to be processed.
