We ship within the United States (excludes recipients in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin lsland and Guam).
Please note that UPS does not pick up shipments on Saturdays or Sundays. Orders placed late on Friday will be processed the following Monday. Any orders made over the weekend will also ship out on Monday.
Orders are typically shipped out in 1-3 business days.
All orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery.

Redo provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost during shipping or damaged while in transit. Please note: This does not cover theft.
If you feel you live in an "unsafe or bad area" please have it shipped to a safer address for example your work address. Once we have shipped the package and it has been scanned as delivered at your address, it is then a part of your home / home insurance. So please be diligent in this process to ensure your packages make it to you safely. We also have no problem offering signature for delivery, if requested. If you would like for your packages to have to be signed for please put it in your order notes when ordering.
