We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Any product with physical damage will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We’ll review the issue promptly and work to make it right.


Exchanges

If there is a price difference when processing an exchange, a new invoice will be issued once the original item has been returned.

Refunds

All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a store credit for the full amount. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Please note that any missing components—such as bass knobs—will be deducted from your refund. Refunds may take some time to appear, as processing times vary by bank or credit card issuer.
